Loudoun Veterinary Service, Inc. has been serving Loudoun and it's surrounding counties since 1952 with both a small animal practice and an ambulatory farm animal practice. The large animal practice is now closed, but the small animal practice has been in its current location at 1043-A East Main Street in Purcellville since 2001. Our goal is to provide professional services to our clients through education and involvement, and to provide top quality medical care for their pets. Our staff feels strongly that client education and communication is that first step in establishing a solid on-going relationship.

We have a state of the art facility with digital imaging, ultrasound, an in-house laboratory and pharmacy. We perform health and wellness exams, spays, neuters, dentals, soft tissue surgeries, orthopedics, breeding, laser therapy, x-rays for OFA and anything else we can possibly do to help your pet have a long, healthy life. Our staff has access to an excellent selection of veterinary specialist to whom we can refer and consult. We also stock several therapeutic foods for those patients with special dietary needs. We understand that pets are an important part of your family and we share your concern for their health and well-being.

We have a number of resources for you to learn about how to take better care of your pets. Browse around and look at our articles and pet videos.
