A native to northern Virginia, Dr. Alyssa Homyk received her undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech in 2013 (Go Hokies!), and her DVM degree from The University of Tennessee in 2019. She has been working in the Northern VA area since then and joined Loudoun Veterinary Service in March of 2022.
Dr. Homyk uses a fear-free approach to patient care and strives to create a positive experience for her patients. She enjoys the variety that general practice brings each day and has a special love for Boxers.
In her personal time, she enjoys yoga and weightlifting, reading fantasy novels, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
